New focus within Research Area 3 "Sensors", April 2011

R&D of new optical designs will be our additional focus in Research Area 3's "Micro Optics" topic.

We aim to research innovative lens designs for a wide range of applications, ranging from implants over improved lenses for surgical instruments to measurement setups.
