Features of the IOL-Simulator:

  • Standard Visual Acuity (VA) and Contrast Sensitivity (CS) Tests
  • Standard Tests at different light levels (mesopic to photopic)
  • Characterization of monofocal as well as multifocal (refractive, diffractive, hybride) IOLs
  • Simultaneous viewing of targets at different distances (3D Tests)
  • Subjective preference test of two or more IOLs
  • Custom tests (e.g. Glare/Halo tests, IOL-positioning mismatch tests, etc.)
